The listing of the Shares on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext will be terminated in consultation with Euronext Amsterdam N.V. on 28 September 2009. The last trading day of the Shares will be Friday 25 September 2009.

Dyas is an active investor, as a non-operator, in joint ventures for oil and gas exploration, development and production. Its primary activity is in the North Sea, with shares in some 44 ventures in Dutch and British fields.
Dyas aims to at least maintain its level of oil and gas reserves in the North Sea through the acquisition of development and production assets, as well as through selective exploration of new fields.
Dyas has been a wholly owned subsidiary of SHV since its start in 1963.
