Corporate Learning and Development Manager

Are you the thought leader for Learning and Development (L&D) within the SHV family of companies?

The key contribution of the Corporate L&D Manager is to elevate the quality of L&D, increase alignment and to build a L&D community that serves our 60,000+ employee organisation.

Due to the de-centralised design of our organisation, leading by examples, network leadership and stakeholder management are key to be successful in this role.

Since there are no formal or dotted lines to the L&D Managers in the 6 Groups of SHV, it is essential to influence by building a community and network through informal leadership and interpersonal expertise.

You will be seen as the highest authority for the L&D profession, operating in different roles:

  • As an architect you will take the lead in designing the L&D organisational framework together with the Groups L&D managers.
  • As an consultant you will be involved in strategic projects and programs with a global scope.
  • As an expert you will train and coach L&D colleagues in our groups to constantly raise the bar.
  • As a moderator you will accelerate the maturity of our L&D community in order to increase alignment.

This role, 32-40 hours, reports to the Corporate Director Talent & Development (part of Corporate HR).
