Service Delivery for SHV Holdings Global IT

As IT Service Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the services and operations for our SHV Holdings office and towards our companies, including our (outsourced) Helpdesk and third parties who provide IT services to us. You will lead and guide the internal and external teams responsible for providing pro-active first fix and support to our VIP users. The ideal candidate will have service and operations management experience, a natural talent for getting the best out of teams, our IT outsourcing partners and a good understanding of the technologies we support; Microsoft 365, Azure, ServiceNow, firewall, security and “cloud” hosting.
