NQA is looking for a Client Coordinator to join their Carbon and Sustainability team. In this role you will manage certification clients and processes, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and smooth business operations.

NQA provides accredited certification, training and support services to help customers improve processes, performance and products and services. We have issued over 50,000 certificates to clients in over 90 countries resulting in a yearly revenue of around 100 million Euro. NQA was acquired by Kiwa in 2024, a global leader in the Testing, Inspecting and Certification (TIC) sector, based in the Netherlands.
Overview:

  • Process new certification applications
  • Manage existing certification clients, including:
    • Creating audit schedules that meet accreditation requirements
    • Keeping client files accurate and up to date
    • Tracking suspensions, expiring certifications, annual audits, and non-conformance resolutions
  • Maintain accurate data in the certification system by running checks and correcting errors
  • Prepare performance reports
  • Respond to commercial enquiries
  • Support the management of credit control processes
  • Check and verify client database accuracy, including product group details
  • Review the website for suspended or withdrawn clients and issue non-conformance notices

Responsabilities:

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
  • Reliable, accurate, and deadline-driven
  • Detail-oriented with ability to analyse and interpret data

Qualifications:

  • £25,000 – £26,500 per annum 
  • 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday with hybrid working (1 day in our Aylesbury office per week)
