What you’ll do
As CRM Manager, you will be the go-to expert for CRM optimization and sales enablement in selected countries. You will focus on driving CRM user adoption through effective support and system improvements and additionally lead the implementation and coordination of our sales coaching program. This role bridges business needs and CRM systems, offering a unique opportunity to work in a global organization that values creativity and empowers its people.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive CRM adoption in GB/IRL/Benelux/DK markets, aligning with commercial goals through training, communication, and support.

  • Implement and manage the sales coaching program, including training content, delivery formats, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with sales leaders, marketing, and IT to ensure CRM and coaching initiatives are well-integrated and supported.

  • Analyze dashboard data and confidently explain insights, asking critical questions when needed.

  • Influence and support sales teams in adopting new ways of working, enabling data-driven decisions and increasing sales efficiency.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management, sales enablement, or commercial excellence.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities, with experience delivering training or coaching programs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and digital sales tools, preferably with AI (Copilot).

  • Fluency in Dutch; affinity with the agricultural business is a plus.
