As a Project Manager (M/F/X) in the Nuclear Pressure Equipment team, you will work within the Energy & Process Industries (EPI) Business Unit. EPI supports its customers in the energy and process industries, offering advanced solutions and advice from experienced specialists. EPI assists a wide range of customers such as players in the nuclear sector, electricity producers, distributors & transporters of electricity, gas & water, companies active in the petrochemical and pharmaceutical sectors,
Overview:

As a Technical Project Manager Nuclear (M/F/X), you’ll play a key role in supporting our future business and delivering impactful results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    Lead and manage the execution of specific contracts while collaborating with experts and inspectors in the field to ensure excellence in delivery.
  • Driving Commercial Growth:
    Work closely with our experts, sales team, and Operations Manager to actively participate in the commercial development of our department.
  • Client Relationships & Technical Leadership:
    Build trust with clients by understanding their needs, aligning with applicable norms and standards, and leading the technical definition of new projects.
  • International Context & Travel:
    Operate in an international environment, with significant activities in Europe, and be ready to travel occasionally for coordination meetings and field missions.

Responsabilities:

We are seeking motivated individuals with the skills and drive to make an impact.

  • Educational Background & Technical Expertise:
    You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, with significant experience in the nuclear industry. Knowledge of quality systems, welding, and NDE is an advantage.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    You inspire and motivate others, leading teams to meet customer expectations and deliver high-quality TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) services.
  • Project Management Skills:
    You have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring safety, quality, and excellence throughout.
  • Adaptability & Communication:
    You thrive in dynamic environments, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and adapt to changing technical and business needs. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is essential.
  • Customer Focus:
    You are customer-oriented, reliable, and results-driven, with a strong ability to build sustainable relationships and deliver value.
  • Team Spirit:
    You excel in working with diverse teams, bringing authenticity and collaboration to both your customers and colleagues.
