About The Role: Our Warehouse Worker executes a broad range of operational activities related to the movement and storage of products and performs periodic maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment.

Responsibilities: 

• Performs Diverse Operational Activities: Executes a wide range of tasks, including discharging, loading, transporting, cleaning, labeling, and operating equipment to ensure safe and efficient production

• Conducts Equipment Maintenance and Repairs: Periodically inspects and maintains production equipment, identifies defects, and performs or assists with minor repair work

• Maintains Production Records: Accurately logs data and information on production orders and activities in designated systems for comprehensive administration and progress tracking

• Contributes to Continuous Improvement: Identifies and flags deviations and opportunities for improvement to supervisors, potentially participating in improvement projects

• Ensures Safety, Compliance, and Housekeeping: Works in strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality regulations, addresses hazardous situations, and maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Skills and Expertise  

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 1 year experience in a production/manufacturing facility, preferably chemical manufacturing

• Experience operating production equipment, including forklifts

Expectation from the Role: 

• 24/7 shifts
