To ensure the proper operation of IT services and the development of Business Intelligence solutions, providing technical support, managing information security at an operational level, and generating reliable information to support business decision-making, while ensuring operational continuity, data quality, and consistency.
Overview:

Functions and Responsibilities

IT Support and Infrastructure

  • Provide first- and second-level support to users for hardware, software, and technology platforms.

  • Manage and support the company’s services and servers, both on-premises and cloud-based.

  • Administer and support the corporate platforms used by the organization, including Microsoft 365, Azure, CRM, ERP/INTACT, and other operating systems, coordinating with external vendors when applicable.

  • Execute and monitor the implementation of corporate IT policies.

  • Escalate complex incidents to vendors or higher support levels, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.

  • Analyze incidents, document root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Information Security

  • Monitor and implement security alerts across company services, servers, platforms, and devices.

  • Execute security incident response procedures in accordance with defined playbooks.

  • Support compliance with information security policies and controls.

  • Report security events, incidents, and deviations to the responsible areas.

  • Contribute to the promotion of best practices and a strong information security culture.

Business Intelligence (BI)

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

  • Model data by creating relationships, measures, and KPIs using DAX.

  • Connect, transform, and cleanse data from multiple sources (Excel, SQL, APIs, and corporate systems) using Power Query.

  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the information presented in reports.

  • Gather information requirements from business areas and translate them into BI solutions.

  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation of data models, reports, and data sources.

Responsabilities:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in IT roles, including technology support, infrastructure, and/or Business Intelligence.

  • Proven experience in Power BI report development and data analysis.

  • Experience in operational information security management.

  • Experience working with corporate platforms and technology vendors.

Technical Knowledge

  • IT support (hardware, software, and user support).

  • Server and cloud services management.

  • Microsoft 365 and Azure.

  • Corporate systems (CRM, ERP/INTACT, or similar).

  • Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.

  • Data source integration (Excel, SQL, APIs).

  • Cybersecurity concepts and incident management.

Languages

  • English level B2 minimum, verifiable.
