A 2.5-year program built around three assignments:
- Two assignments in the Netherlands at the Head Office of different SHV companies (including SHV Head Office, SHV Energy, Nutreco, Kiwa, NPM, Adaptfy).
- One international assignment in a different business environment.
- Assignments across different business areas such as Commercial, Digital, Operations, Finance, and Audit, allowing you to build a broad perspective across functions.

What are we looking for?
- Final-year student or recent graduate with a master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Up to one year of relevant professional work experience.
- Curious, driven, and proactive you don’t wait for answers; you explore, question, and take ownership.
- Advanced English proficiency, with additional languages considered a plus.
- Available to work full-time from 1 October 2026 and based in the Netherlands at that time.
- Internationally mobile and open to building a cross-border career, including living abroad between April 2028 and March 2029.
