Financial Administrator

As a Financial Administrator, you will join our Financial Shared Service Centre based in Boxmeer and play an important role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices across multiple European entities. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, interested in the future of finance, and motivated to develop their expertise in financial processes, digital tools, and data-driven ways of working.
What You'll Do
As a Financial Administrator, you will:

• Process and validate supplier invoices using our digital Accounts Payable systems.
• Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions that require manual review.
• Support payment processing activities and contribute to month-end financial processes.
• Review financial data for accuracy and ensure correct coding and VAT treatment.
• Work with automated workflows and continuously improve data quality and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across several European countries.
• Contribute to the ongoing digitalisation and improvement of finance processes within the Shared Service Centre.
• Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and support future automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes ownership of their work, and is excited by the opportunities that technology brings to finance alongside; 

• MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking.
• Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, administration, or a related field.
• Interest in digital processes, financial systems, and continuous improvement.
• Basic knowledge of VAT and financial administration principles.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage but not required.
