As a Lead Contract Engineer (M/F/X) in the Nuclear Pressure Equipment Team, you will join a dynamic team that works every day for our customers and, in doing so, helps create a safer and more efficient society. Overview:

As a Lead Contract Engineer (M/F/X), you will be the point of contact for our customers. You build a relationship of trust with the customer and provide tailored advice for the assessment of the construction/design of nuclear pressure equipment according to various construction codes and standards. You maintain regular contact with your customers and also carry out inspections yourself. You are responsible for following up projects from A to Z, from quotation and design through to actual execution and invoicing. In addition, you are also the point of contact for the inspectors on site.

Vinçotte also supports you in deepening and broadening your expertise. We start this on your very first day, as you will first receive thorough training and an internship before working independently.

Responsabilities:

  • Degree: You have a Master’s degree in Industrial Sciences – Electromechanics. A Welding Engineer degree is a strong asset.
  • Experience: You preferably have around five years of experience in the maintenance/inspection of pressure equipment.
  • Skills:
    • You are eager to learn and keep up to date with trends and developments in your field.
    • You have a sense of quality and an eye for detail.
    • You show initiative and enjoy customer contact.
    • You work independently and in a disciplined manner.
    • You speak fluent Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
    • You are communicative and entrepreneurial, with a sense of initiative and organization.
