What you’ll do

• Complete all required paperwork for assigned tasks, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with Food Safety and quality standards

• Follow strict manufacturing practices, safety procedures, and company policies at all times

• Load bulk trucks and unload, receive, and verify incoming ingredients

• Accurately and efficiently ship customer orders according to specifications

• Perform preventive and sanitary maintenance tasks to support plant operations

• Ensure quality control requirements for ingredients and finished products are consistently met

• Operate and monitor the production line to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations

Who we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a feed mill or manufacturing environment is preferred

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts and overtime as required

• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated with minimal supervision

You’ll also need

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and regularly bend, twist, and perform physical tasks

• Availability to occasionally work at heights

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Forklift training and driving experience considered an asset
