Hours: M-F, 3pm-11pm

What you’ll do
Our Maintenance Supervisor at the Highland facility Owns the reliability and efficiency of operations by leading and executing all maintenance activities essential for producing high-quality pet food premixes. Your core responsibilities involve actively supervising and mentoring the maintenance technician team, setting an example by performing hands-on inspections and preventive maintenance, and utilizing strong troubleshooting skills to troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical systems. You will Own the planning process by strategically scheduling maintenance to maximize uptime of the equipment, contributing directly to the facility's output and supporting the overall purpose of Feeding the Future through a clean, safe, and efficient operational environment.
Who we’re looking for
You are a highly capable and motivated Maintenance Supervisor who embodies the "Own It" mindset by possessing a self-starting attitude and the drive to take full accountability for the maintenance operations. You are a leader who brings substantial hands-on experience in maintenance, coupled with proven supervisory skills, capable of expertly troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. Your technical proficiency and strong mentorship skills will guide technicians, and the organizational ability to strategically plan and schedule activities, ensuring the smooth, continuous, and efficient function of the Highland facility.
You’ll also need

High School Diploma or equivalent

1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity

3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems

A self-starting attitude is required to drive initiative and take ownership of responsibilities

Ability to effectively plan and schedule maintenance activities and accurately maintain logs in digital systems to maximize facility uptime.
