You bring a preferred bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or a related field; working knowledge of food and feed safety regulations; and ideally, familiarity with quality management systems and certification schemes (e.g., HACCP and GFSI standards). You’re comfortable analysing trends, documenting work clearly in quality/reporting systems, and communicating issues early.

Quality & compliance: Working knowledge of food/feed safety regulations and quality management systems.
-
Technical & analytical capability: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data, spot trends, and identify/escalate non-conformities.
-
Core competencies: “Own It” mindset with high accountability for data integrity and safety; able to work independently and in a team; clear documentation and communication skills, fluent English (written/spoken), and professional proficiency with MS Office, strong math and deductive reasoning, great attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
