What you'll do

As a Quality Testing Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting laboratory operations and maintaining product quality standards throughout the production process. You will perform sample testing, NIR analysis, mycotoxin testing, inbound commodity testing, and finished feed testing while ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. You'll take ownership of laboratory organization, sample logistics, housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures. By Owning your development and attention to detail, you will help deliver reliable results that support efficient production and customer satisfaction.

We're looking for a detail-oriented team player who is eager to learn and take ownership of quality processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Whether you're starting your career or bringing previous agricultural, laboratory, or administrative experience, you'll have the opportunity to Own your development while building valuable technical skills. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with data and testing procedures, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

You'll also need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and email applications

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Administrative experience preferred

  • Previous agricultural industry experience preferred

  • Ability to perform sample handling, testing, and laboratory support activities

  • Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards
