PPI Quality & Engineering is hiring a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to source, assess, and manage candidates, building strong talent pipelines for technology and other key roles. This role acts as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and project teams, supports onboarding, maintains accurate records, and contributes to improving recruitment processes. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage job postings, develop job descriptions, and assist with strategic recruiting initiatives while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Overview:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Serve as a liaison to internal project managers, hiring managers and candidates
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Continually interview and evaluate applicants—on-site and/or via phone and web (virtual)
Accurately format resumes to meet internal and external client requests and expectations
Develop and update detailed job descriptions and job specifications as needed
Advertise vacancies internally and externally, including adding new positions, closing filled positions, refreshing online postings, and ensuring compliance requirements are met and consistent processes are followed
Support the onboarding function, track applicant flow, and audit preliminary contractor paperwork while ensuring effective and accurate recordkeeping
Maintain accurate and timely records in QAR database to ensure efficient identification of all qualified candidates for recruitment requests
Assist with the implementation of recruiting strategy and process improvements
Maintain an ongoing understanding of the industry and skill sets served, including trends and new developments
Manage special projects, provide administrative support, and complete various other tasks as assigned.
Responsabilities:
REQUIRED
Proven work experience in recruiting and/or Human Resources
Experience interviewing and assessing candidates for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills, analytic abilities, and work ethic
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
DESIRED
Prior experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
Knowledge and experience using global job boards
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, Organizational Development/Psychology, or another relevant field
