About the internship

This university internship offers a hands-on learning opportunity for a Communication or Marketing student to gain practical experience in both local marketing communication and international corporate communication within an international organisation.

The internship is structured around two clearly defined tracks, ensuring a realistic scope, strong learning outcomes, and meaningful exposure within the internship period, in line with Danish university internship best practices.

What you’ll do

This internship is structured around two clearly defined tracks, ensuring a realistic scope, strong learning outcomes and meaningful exposure:

Track 1 – ECA Communication Support (≈50%)

This track focuses on supporting communication and social media activities across Europe and Central Asia, working closely with the ECA Communication team and local stakeholders in more than 10 countries.

The intern will act as a connection point between countries and the ECA Communication team, gaining broad exposure to different cultures, people and communication needs in an international environment.

Scope of support activities:

  • Supporting the coordination and execution of social media content across multiple countries

  • Assisting with content adaptation for different markets, channels and audiences

  • Supporting communication materials mainly for external audiences, with opportunities to also support internal communication execution

  • Helping prepare content using existing guidelines, approvals and governance frameworks

  • Supporting content planning, formatting and publishing (e.g. content calendars, summaries)

Innovation and learning focus:

  • Exploring new formats, tools and technologies to make communication more engaging

  • Supporting innovation in content formats and messaging, within existing frameworks

  • Gaining hands-on experience with international, multi-country communication and collaboration

Track 2 – Denmark / Nutrimin Marketing & Communication (≈50%)

This track is the intern’s primary physical base and focuses on supporting local marketing and communication activities for Nutrimin in Denmark.

Purpose of the project
Support Nutrimin Denmark with clearly scoped marketing and communication tasks that enhance local visibility and improve the use of communication materials.

Key deliverables (1–2 main focus areas):

  • Support the update and maintenance of Nutrimin Denmark website content

  • Contribute to the creation and adaptation of local marketing and communication materials

Concrete tasks may include:

  • Uploading, structuring and updating website content

  • Supporting article writing and/or translations

  • Creating and updating brochures, datasheets or presentations

  • Assisting with basic social media content preparation

  • Supporting simple layout or design tasks using existing templates

Tasks will be defined at the start of the internship and adjusted together with the intern to match learning objectives and interests.

Important clarification:
The intern will work under close guidance and will not have ownership of brand management, crisis communication or media handling. All activities are supportive and aligned with established approvals and processes.

  • Learn how communication works in a multi-country, international organisation
