What you’ll do

Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse operations and customer service activities. This role involves handling product movement, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and assisting customers and internal teams. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

  • Verify accurate recording of incoming and outgoing products.

  • Maintain proper stock rotation in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Support stock counts and respond to customer inquiries during pickups.

  • Perform general warehouse duties, including serving customers, loading feed, receiving orders, and operating a forklift.

  • Keep the yard and warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

  • Work with team members to support an efficient, well-organized warehouse environment.

  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain a strong focus on product quality and accuracy.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Who we’re looking for

  • Able to bend, twist, climb ladders, open and close lids, and stand for extended periods.

  • Able to regularly lift and move up to 25 kg (55 lbs).

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

  • Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and variable-temperature conditions.

  • Willing to use required personal protective equipment, such as a hard hat and safety boots.

  • Able to operate equipment and work at heights when required.

  • Regular, full-time, shift-work rotation (e.g. 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM) may be required, including some weekends or extended hours based on operational needs 

You’ll also need

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

  • Agricultural industry experience is considered an asset

  • Forklift experience is an asset

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Committed to providing high-quality customer service

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
