As announced before, an agreement was reached with an affiliate of Lone Star Funds (“Lone Star”) for the sale of ERIKS, as part of the SHV strategy to divest some of its companies. We can now inform you that we have obtained all necessary regulatory approvals and the transaction between SHV and Lone Star has been completed. This means that as of 30 April 2024, ERIKS will no longer be part of SHV. We want to thank all ERIKS people for their commitment and wish ERIKS a bright future under the ownership of Lone Star.
